We operate as a business-to-business (B2B) service provider, while also offering business-to-consumer (B2C) branded product sales under SKD-owned product lines (e.g., Simpler Skin™, VeenoDerm™, EX65™, etc.).
1A. Applicability: B2B and B2C Users
This Website serves two distinct user types:
- Business Clients (B2B):
Individuals or companies engaging our private label, white label, or contract manufacturing services. These transactions are governed solely by commercial law and are not subject to UK consumer protections. - Retail Consumers (B2C):
Individuals purchasing finished, branded products sold directly through this Website. These purchases are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, where applicable.
Separate policies may apply to each customer type. Any confusion regarding your user status should be clarified before purchase.
2. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, product names, logos, branding, designs, label templates, content, copy, formulae, and visual elements on this Website are the intellectual property of SKD Pharmaceuticals or its licensors.

- Client-supplied artwork is accepted on the basis that the client holds full rights to use such material.
- SKD Pharmaceuticals accepts no responsibility for any copyright or trademark infringement claims arising from client-submitted branding or label content.
3. Private Label Services (B2B)
All private label and custom manufacturing services are governed by the following conditions:
- Products are manufactured solely for B2B resale or internal company use.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) may apply.
- Product suitability and local legal classification (e.g. cosmetic vs. medicinal) are the client’s sole responsibility.
- We do not permit resale of SKD-owned branded products without written agreement.
- No therapeutic, disease-related, or medical claims may be made for any products unless they are licensed and classified accordingly in your region.
SKD Pharmaceuticals cannot be held liable for any marketing or resale claims made by clients.
4. Payment Terms (B2B)
- All payments must be made in full and upfront before production or dispatch.
- No credit is offered unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Orders will not be scheduled for manufacturing until full payment is cleared.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise specified.
5. Returns & Refunds (B2B)
- Returns are not accepted for private label or custom-made products, except where goods are proven to be faulty due to manufacturing error.
- Issues must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery.
- If a claim is validated, SKD Pharmaceuticals may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or partial refund.
- No refunds are issued for:
- Incorrect use by the client
- Unsold stock
- Change of mind
- Regulatory rejection in the client’s country
6. Returns & Refunds (B2C)
Retail purchases of SKD-owned branded products are subject to the following:
- Consumers have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
- Items returned used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty.

7. International Orders & Customs
For international B2B and B2C orders:
- You are fully responsible for understanding and complying with your country’s import laws.
- SKD Pharmaceuticals cannot be held liable for:
- Customs clearance delays
- Import bans or seizures
- Taxes, tariffs, or duties levied
- No refunds will be given for goods refused or destroyed by customs authorities.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are permitted and compliant in your destination country.
8. Product Suitability & Label Claims
- SKD Pharmaceuticals provides formulation and manufacturing services but does not provide regulatory advice.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all claims, packaging, and labelling are compliant with relevant advertising and safety regulations in their country.
- We accept no liability for:
- Claims made by resellers
- Outcomes resulting from misuse or mislabelling
- Failure to obtain local product registration or approvals
9. Sample Policy
- Samples are provided for formulation review and testing purposes only.
- Provision of samples does not constitute a contract for supply or guarantee of product availability.
- SKD Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to limit, refuse, or cancel sample requests at its sole discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- SKD Pharmaceuticals shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, or data.
- Total liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the value of the affected order.
- Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under law.
11. Force Majeure
SKD Pharmaceuticals shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any obligation under these Terms caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Acts of God
- Supply chain disruption
- Equipment failure
- Export restrictions
- Pandemics or natural disasters
- Changes in regulation or law

Refunds & Exchange Policy

This Refunds & Exchange Policy outlines how SKD Pharmaceuticals® handles returns, refunds, and exchanges for both business clients (B2B) and retail consumers (B2C). Different rules apply depending on the nature of your transaction.
1. Business Clients (B2B) – Private Label, White Label & Wholesale Orders
We manufacture all private label and wholesale goods to order, and as such:
❌ Returns Are Not Accepted
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for private label, white label, or wholesale orders, except in the case of manufacturing fault caused by SKD Pharmaceuticals.
✅ Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you believe there is a defect in the goods supplied, please notify us in writing within 5 working days of receiving the delivery. You must provide:
- A written description of the issue
- Supporting photographs or evidence
- Batch number and date of receipt
Where a legitimate fault is confirmed (e.g. mislabelling, formulation error, damaged stock attributable to SKD), we may, at our sole discretion:
- Offer a replacement of the affected batch, or
- Issue a partial refund or credit note
We do not accept claims for:
- Errors in client-submitted artwork or label text
- Unsold stock or over-ordering
- Product confiscation by customs
- Product rejection by regulatory authorities
- Resale difficulties
All B2B refunds and remedies are strictly limited to the invoiced value of the defective goods. No liability is accepted for indirect or consequential losses.
2. Retail Customers (B2C) – Branded Products
If you have purchased an SKD-branded product (e.g. Simpler Skin™, VeenoDerm™, EX65™) for personal use via our website or official retail channels:
🕒 14-Day Return Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The product is returned in resaleable condition

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We recommend using tracked delivery; we are not liable for items lost in transit.
❌ Non-Refundable Items
- Opened, used, or damaged cosmetic and supplement products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable.
✅ Faulty Products (B2C)
If your product arrives damaged or faulty:
- Please notify us within 5 working days
- Send photos of the issue and packaging
- We will offer a replacement or refund upon confirmation of the fault
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 5–10 business days to process once approved.
3. Exchanges
- B2C: We do not offer product exchanges. If eligible, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
- B2B: Exchanges are not applicable for made-to-order goods.
