SkinDerm Nutraceutics® UTractClear™ capsules provide a daily supplement to support normal and healthy bacteria balance in your urinary tract and bladder.

D-Mannose is a sugar which is present in natural form in fruits such as cranberries, apples, peaches and berries. Unique properties found within D-Mannose have shown to support healthy bacteria balance within the Urinary Tract.

The chemical structure of D-mannose allows it to stick to bacteria in the urinary tract and bladder. It forms a compound that the body expels with urine, thus helping to continually cleanse. Because D-mannose is filtered mostly through the kidneys, it is not metabolised like other sugars and has a minimal impact on blood sugar regulation.

Many people drink cranberry juice to help maintain bladder health. D-mannose is the reason for this. D-mannose can instead be taken in capsules in pure form to achieve a powerful urninary support supplement

Directions:

As a dietary supplement, take 3 capsules 1 to 3 times daily. Take with water or unsweetened juice, such as unsweetened cranberry juice.
