What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
Our MOQs start from 500 units for ready-made formulas under our Essential Pack, and from 1,000 units for custom formulations. We aim to support startups with flexible and scalable batch sizes.
Can I use my own formula?
Yes. We welcome custom formulations and can work with you to bring your product to life. Our team can review your formula for stability, safety, and regulatory compliance before moving to production.
Do you offer white label or fully custom branding?
We offer both:
White label: Use our proven formulas with your branding.
Private label: Custom formulas, packaging, and label design support for a fully unique product.
How long does the process take?
Lead times vary depending on complexity:
Ready-made (white label): 4–6 weeks
Custom formulation: 6–8+ weeks These timelines include lab testing, label design, and production.
Do you handle label and packaging design?
Yes. We offer design support and ensure your packaging complies with UK/EU regulations. You can use your own designer or we can manage it in-house.
Can I provide my own packaging?
Absolutely. If you already have custom packaging or a preferred supplier, we’re happy to use it — just ensure the specs match our equipment requirements.
Are your products tested and compliant?
Yes. We carry out in-house biomedical lab testing and offer full compliance support:
PIFs and safety assessments for cosmetics

What ingredients do you use?
We use high-quality, ethically sourced ingredients. Vegan, cruelty-free, natural, or clinically-backed options are available. All materials meet UK safety and purity standards.
Do you offer fulfilment or dropshipping?
At this stage, we focus on manufacturing only. However, we may offer fulfilment support or partner referrals in the future for clients looking to scale.
Do you export outside the UK?
Yes. We can supply internationally with all necessary documentation. SKD-manufactured products meet UK and EU standards, which helps with international acceptance.
Can I visit your facility?
We are happy to welcome serious B2B clients by appointment to see our production capabilities and meet the team. Site visits are subject to health & safety protocols.
